I'm an SDK developer at Viz, a Sh'lichat K'hilah at Temple Sinai, the leader of the folk-music group On the Mark, a long-time participant in the Society for Creative Anachronism (medieval/renaissance studies), and under the impression that I own cats rather than the other way around.

If you're looking for a Unix shell account, I highly recommend JTAN(). (They do web hosting and stuff too, of course.) I've been using them since 1999.
